Hi! My name is La’Nisha Rene’ Townsend, most call me, Nisha, and I’m excited to meet you!

Here’s a little about me: I’m an experienced Marketing Expert with a passion for creativity, strategic thinking, and operational success. After receiving my master’s degree in business administration, I quickly put my skills to use, gaining experience as a columnist, publicist, editor and marketing manager. Over the last 15 years, I’ve had various leadership experiences that have helped expand my skillset and enabled me to become the forward-thinking marketing enthusiast I am today. Currently, I am the Director of Marketing and Sales Enablement at EspriGas and the CEO and Owner of LR Consulting Firm.

Beyond my career journey, I’ve also developed and acted on my passion for supporting women in business with their personal and professional aspirations. This passion has extended into a desire to support younger generations as I’ve worked to help establish skills and confidence in girls so that they can excel in their lives.

My friends and colleagues describe me as passionate, hardworking, resourceful, collaborative, analytical, and creative. From my commitment to supporting women entrepreneurs through coaching and consulting to my efforts to build and manage a Marketing Team for a leading gas supply company, I’ve tapped into my skill set and ability to be forward-looking, smart, strategic, and purposeful to drive results and positive outcomes. I firmly believe that the success of a brand, product, or service hinges on offering the right solution at the right time, to the right audience, in the right market. This conviction fuels my relentless drive to push boundaries in my endeavors, ensuring consistent progress towards business and marketing goals for our clients and companies.
